Learning Icelandic...like a walk in the park | Travels
The workshop will teach Icelandic through creative writing. Participants will read, discuss and write short stories. This workshop focuses on the theme of travels. You practice your speaking and storytelling. Students will then be instructed in how to write simple but creative texts in Icelandic. Those who wish can share their texts at the end of each course and the group will discuss them.
The workshop is aimed at Icelandic learners with some basic skills in Icelandic (A2-B2).
We offer a total of six workshops dedicated to writing, storytelling and understanding of Icelandic language in collaboration with Berglind Erna Tryggvadóttir and Þórunn Rakel Gylfadóttir. You can attend one or more workshops; each one is taught as an independent unit.
Participation is free, but you need to register for each workshop. Registration is below.
Maximum number of participants per course: 10 participants.
