Handicraft Café | Let's Make Cloak

Ash Wednesday is getting near and therefore the appropriate time to make costumes.  We invite men, women and youngsters to come and make a gown for the Ash Wednesday or for other occasions. There are sewing machines in Borgarbókasafn  Árbær and the proper facilities for sewing.

The instructor is Elinborg Ágústsdóttir seamstress

Fabrics are available in the library but you can also bring your own fabric. There is plenty of thread in all colours, there are scissors and everything that is needed for the making of cloak.
