Creative Writing Workshops for 12-16 years old | Do you Want to Write and Increase your Vocabulary?
Would you like to learn Icelandic through creative writing?
In the workshops we will focus on the following themes: travel, friendship, fashion and unexpected events. Participants will read short stories and discuss the topics. Then the students will get guidance writing a simple text in Icelandic. Those who are interested can share their writing with the group at the end of each workshop. When all four sessions have finished there will be a special Reading Event.
The workshops are aimed at kids aged 12-16 years old who want to improve their vocabulary, play with language and practice creative writing. We will learn a fun and exciting vocabulary, work with interesting current topics and be introduced to new phrases and words.
The maximum number of participants for each workshop is 12.
Participation is free, but registration is required. You can attend one or more workshop; each of them is considered independent. In the menu, you can see an overview of the four workshops available. Select each workshop to register.
