Food waste is a huge problem in the world. The latest research shows that 160 kg goes in the trash per inhabitant in Iceland. Most of it goes to waste in primary production and at home. But is there anything we can do?
Chef Dóra Svavarsdóttir guides us into the whole truth about how we as individuals can be part of the solution and contribute to the fight against food waste.
