Future Feast for Everyone

Imagine a food system where everyone benefits, including animals, plants, microbes, land, workers and eaters. What does it taste like? Artist and cook Pola Sutryk invites you to a speculative dinner where we taste and imagine more reciprocal ways of consuming. From fermentated foods to sci-fi jelly, the food will draw from past wisdom, interspecies collaboration and modern technologies to bring to life a vision of a more just food system.

All the food will be vegan. This event will happen in parallel to the Future Festival‘s closing open mic.

The future festival will take place from March 1st to March 14th 2026 in the Reykjavik City Library Grófin (downtown).
