Travelling Café | Winter Mountaineering - Beginners

Many people are taking their first steps into winter mountaineering. Therefore it is important to know what is ideal to have in your backpack.

Tomasz Þór or Tommi, as he is known in the mountaineering world here in Iceland, is the founder of the website Af Stað which contains information about outdoor activities of all kinds.

He will cover the basics that need to be kept in mind when daylight hours are reduced and the weather is colder.
