Children's Culture Festival | Artistic Journey
Interactive exhibition on diverse emotions and diversity
The exhibition is the result of an art workshop with students from elementary schools in Grafarvogur. The workshop focused on expressing emotions through various media and exploring the self through free creation.
The artist Sigríður Björk Hafstað will lead workshops related to the installation, which will grow and change throughout the exhibition. Visitors can also contribute to the work and watch it evolve.
Participants are encouraged to explore different emotions, use diverse forms of expression, celebrate their unique characteristics, and understand and respect diversity. Colors, collages, and abstract images will be used for creation.
The project is carried out in collaboration with the LÁN project - Artistic Call to Nature.
You are welcome to join the open workshop on Thursday, April 10th from 2-5 PM.
The exhibition will then run until April 30th.
Check out the complete program at the City Library or on the Children's Culture Festival website.
