Freeshop | Coffee at the Freeshop #4 – Guðmundur B. Friðriksson
How about stopping by for a cup of coffee and connecting with the local community?
This fall, we‘ll regularly have free coffee in the Freeshop and invite good guests to drop in for a chat. Sometimes it‘s just a casual get together, other times inspirational presentations. Everyone is welcome and everything is free.
This time Guðmundur B. Friðriksson will drop by for a cup. Guðmundur is an environmental engineer and the head of the Environmental Quality Office at the City of Reykjavík. He has worked on environmental issues for the city for over 20 years and has, among other things, led changes in waste sorting and collection. Guðmundur will give an overview of topics related to sustainable consumption, waste collection, and waste management.
