Summer Workshop | Music Composition with Andrés

In the music composition workshop, Andrés, musician and teacher, instructs on how to make music, from an idea to a finished song, using the audio software Ableton Live and Logic. A great opportunity for those interested in composing a song in a fun and encouraging environment.

Andrés Þór Þorvarðarson  has a degree in composition from the Iceland University of the Arts is currently pursuing an MA in Art Education at the Iceland University of the Arts. He has extensive experience in songwriting and has been in bands such as Milkhouse, We are not romantic, Skoffín, and has played on tracks with K.óla and Annalísa. He also composed the music for the theater productions Pabbastrákar (Daddy's Boys) and Hvað ef sósan klikkar? (What if the sauce fails?)

Age:  Children born in 2009, 2010, 2011 og 2012.
Time: The workshop runs for three days, 11th of June -13th of June at 13:00-16:00.
