Storytime | Risaeðlugengið: Kappsundið

Tuesday March 3rd 2026

Gauti the T-Rex is not good at swimming, and certainly not in icy cold water. Even so, when Georg, his incredibly annoying big brother, challenges Gauti and his friend to a swimming race, Gauti still can't resist. Luckily, their mother forbids them from swimming in the lake. Apparently, there's a giant sea monster swimming in it...

Welcome to a cozy storytime at the library where a story will be read for young listeners and their families. Aftere reading, we chat, color, do puzzles and have a nice time together.

Please note that the book we read is in Icelandic.

Storytimes at Árbær City Library take place on the first Tuesday of the month from January to May.

Everyone is welcome!
