Storytime by the fire | Ævar Þór reads from a brand new book!
You are warmly invited to a cozy outdoor storytime where we light a small fire and enjoy the outdoors together. Guests can warm up with hot cocoa while Ævar Þór Benediktsson reads aloud from several books in the popular series Your Own Adventure, stories where you get to decide what happens next. The storytime will then conclude with a reading from a brand new book! Skaðræðisskeppnur is a thrilling story set in the countryside, where something mysterious is leaving behind very large footprints…
Storytime by the fire is an event series that aims to create a memorable storytelling experience in harmony with the weather and natural surroundings. The series has received a grant from the Icelandic Library Fund.
We will meet outside by the lower entrance of Gerðuberg. Please dress according to the weather.
