Storytelling at Grófin Library | SEEDS Iceland

Join us and bring your stories to life in a safe space where everyone can express their true self. 

As part of an Erasmus+⁠⁠⁠ programme, From Inside Out, which aims at initiating a positive dialogue around the topics of mental health & well-being of young people, SEEDS Iceland is bringing together a storytelling event. Stories are an integral experience for human development, helping us to grow and better understand ourselves. They reflect parts of our experiences, making storytelling a powerful tool for personal growth and well-being. We will be using visual cards to conduct the story-creation and story-telling processes. Participants can combine elements to create unique stories, which they can present in any format: narration, drama, puppet theatre, video, or pantomime...

The event will be held in English, is open to everyone and it is free of charge.
