Podcast Launch | Anti-Kvíða

Saturday June 4th 2022

Anti-Kvíða is a new podcast reflecting the immigrant soul. It is on self-care and healthy communication in the intercultural realities of Iceland – it creates a stress-free space for dissemination and finding new ways of belonging and becoming an active citizen. The program is multilingual, just like the social reality it reflects. In the podcast you will hear stories of social encounters of all kinds, some smooth, others harsh, some things that make you angry, and others that are hilarious.

"Who do you see when you look into a new social mirror? Migrating into a new cultural context can change how you experience yourself. Language and communication can be challenging when you begin living your life in Iceland. What effects does that have on you?"

Meet the creators of the podcast, on the 5th floor in Grófin on Saturday the 4th of June at 2:00 pm.
