Poetry Cafe | The stones are smiling too

Vilborg Dagbjartsdóttir passed away last year. She was one of the first women to write modern poetry , in a free flow without ryme. She was also known for her participation in the womens liberation group and her poems are often about women and their situation at that time.
Gerður Kristný writer will give a talk about Vilborg´s work and her life.
Ólöf Sverrisdóttir and Soffia Bjarnadóttir will read some of her poems. Afterwards there will be a discussion about the poet and her work where everyone can participate.
The event is in Icelandic.
