Information about the event
Fabrication | Origami Gift Boxes
Would you like to spend a cozy, creative afternoon in good company?
On the second* Thursday in May, we’ll be making paper gift boxes using the Japanese folding technique known as origami. We’ll provide origami paper, but you can also cut and decorate regular paper — or even use pages from old books!
*Fabrication is a series of events that usually take place on the first Thursday each month at the Reykjavík City Library in Úlfarsárdalur from 3.30 pm - 5:30 pm.
Let's have a cozy time, be creative and make something beautiful. The facilitators will bring ideas how we can reuse and reinvent with different materials. They will bring all the materials and tools you need for the fabrications.
For creative people of all ages. Children younger than 8 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
Free entrance and no registration needed.
