Culture Walk | Reykjavík Safari

Would you like join a free culture walk in English, Polish, Spanish, Filipino, Arabic, Farsi, French or Lithuanian?

Where are all the best museums and libraries? What can you do for free? What's on during the weekends? What's available for kids, families and grown-ups? Join our culture walk and discover what Reykjavik has to offer!

After the walk, all groups are invited to Reykjavik City Library at Tryggvagata 15 for refreshments and live multilingual music with Jelena Ciric and Margrét Arnardóttir!

We want to showcase the wide range of cultural activities offered by Reykjavík’s libraries and museums, and to encourage Reykjavík residents to actively participate in our city’s rich cultural life. Reykjavik Safari has been a popular event every summer, and we hope to see many speakers of all the aforementioned languages at this exciting event!

Everybody is welcome, the walk is free of charge!

The evening walks are a collaboration between the Reykjavík City Library, the Reykjavík Art Museum and the Reykjavík City Museum. The walks are every Thursday evening at 20:00 during the summer months.
