B.EYJA | Testing a new board game in Grófin
Users met in Grófin to test a new board game for people who want to practice their Icelandic while having fun.
B.EYJA is the creation of Fan Sissoko and Helen Cova who have been in collaboration with linguists and teachers in developing phase. The game invites users to exercise their conversation skills and add to their vocabulary by entering a colorful and creative islands – each dedicated to a specific theme. The character creation of the game is fascinating and the discussion topics spark interest in starting a exiting conversation. Once the participants had tested the game, Fan discussed with the group what worked and what didn’t in the draft version.
The library is an open space guided by social innovation. Do you have a project hiding in your drawer? We would like to encourage more users to use the platform to test ideas with users.
