Lindy Hop lesson

Teachers from the Sveiflustöðinni teach beginners Lindy Hop, a social dance where you dance with different partners to the swing jazz era music. 
The dance class is open and you don't need to bring a dance partner.

Sveiflustöðin is a dance school that specializes in swing dances that are danced to the swing jazz of the 30s and 40s. This includes the dance styles of Lindy Hop, Charleston and Balboa and sometimes the Boogie Woogie and Solo jazz and other subgenres.

We offer a diverse and ambitious course which welcomes beginners as well as more experienced dancers.
