Samvera
"Samvera" is a series of weekly events that bring together Icelandic learners and native speakers to chat, get to know one another, and learn from each other.
Fridays from September 4th to December 4th, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Gerðuberg.

We meet over a cup of coffee and chat—either to practice the language in a safe, friendly environment or simply to meet new people. Sometimes we go for a light walk in the neighborhood or through Elliðaárdalur.
When the weather is poor, we stay indoors to read news in easy-to-understand Icelandic, discuss current events in Iceland, and learn about important issues that may affect us. Sometimes we also play board games.
The library is located on the upper floor of the building at Gerðuberg 3–5 in Breiðholt.
Buses: 3, 4, 12, 17 (stop: FB).
The events are led by teachers of Icelandic as a second language.
Participation is free. No registration required, just show up.
