The Adventure Palace | Family Yoga

Welcome to a warm family yoga session for all ages where we do accessible warm-up exercises, breathing, take part in an adventure connected to yoga poses, and finish with a good relaxation accompanied by beautiful, gentle tones that soothe the mind. Arnbjörg Kristín is a yoga teacher and sound healer with a BSc in Occupational Therapy and is currently studying for an MA in Health Sciences. She loves movement, yoga, and joyful adventure sessions.

The Adventure Palace has moved between different city neighborhoods over the years, and in 2026 it will be held at the Gerðuberg Cultural Center in Breiðholt. The event promises plenty of fun and excitement, and admission is free.
