Creative Shoe Workshop

In celebration of Reykjavík Children’s Culture Festival, children and families are invited to a colourful and fun workshop where imagination leads the way.

Bring an old shoe and transform it into a playful piece of shoe art. Your shoe can reflect something about you—your interests, dreams, and the footprints you want to leave behind.
A variety of decorations will be available on site, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

The workshop is part of the Nordplus project SPIN. The workshop facilitators are Kristín Vilhjálmsdóttir, project manager and cultural mediator, and Marie Ravn, Sara Petrat Melin, and Susanne Gilling from the children’s culture team at the Dokk1 library in Aarhus.

The event is part of the Children’s Culture Festival programme.
