The Adventure Palace | Creative collage workshop with Linn Janssen

Welcome to a creative collage workshop where we draw and upcycle magazines to create unique artworks you can take home. The workshop is led by illustrator Linn Janssen, who graduated from the Drawing Department of the Reykjavík School of Visual Arts in 2022. She is the author of the books Einstakt Jólatré and Árstíðarverur. Her work is characterized by a blend of collage, colored pencil drawing, and gouache painting. All materials are provided and participation is free.

The Adventure Palace has moved between different city neighborhoods over the years, and in 2026 it will be held at the Gerðuberg Cultural Center in Breiðholt. The event promises plenty of fun and excitement, and admission is free.
