The Adventure Palace | Bike Obstacle Course

Reiðhjólabændur will host an obstacle course for energetic kids on bikes at the Children's Culture Festival in Gerðuberg on April 25 and 26. The course is intended for children aged 6–12 and, through fun games and challenges, develops their bike-handling skills and control—an important safety aspect. (It is, of course, mandatory to wear a good, properly adjusted bike helmet before taking part in the course.) There will also be free bike safety checks covering everything related to the rider’s safety, i.e. brakes, lights, reflectors, etc.

The Adventure Palace has moved between different city neighborhoods over the years, and in 2026 it will be held at the Gerðuberg Cultural Center in Breiðholt. The event promises plenty of fun and excitement, and admission is free.
