Pikknikk in Árbær

Feven Aberham hosted our pikknikk with home cooked stews and injera - an Ethiopian cultural deliciousness. Many pikknikkers joined us and some even brought snacks from home to share. People told stories of their most suprising food adventures and exchanged receipes too. There was happiness shared over rare and precious ingredients necessary to a successful injera feast. 

Most of us took their shoes off to chat about our diverse cultural backgrounds and favorite tastes. We sat together, with the feeling of having no need to rush anywhere else, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, inside the sunny and warm library.
