Evening Walk | On the trail of Ljónið and Nornin
Hildur Knútsdóttir, the author of the young adult books, Ljónið and Nornin, leads this evening literary walk and tells us about the places in Reykjavik that inspired her to write the books. Kría and Alma, the protagonists in the popular books, will reappear in the third and the last book of this thrilling trilogy before Christmas. This evening walk is in Icelandic.
The Evening walks are a collaborative programme of The Reykjavík Art Museum, Reykjavík City Library and Reykjavík City Museum. The walks are usually in Icelandic and take place on Thursdays this summer. The three museums then offer a joint walk, Reykjavík Safarí, in eight different languages. The walks start at 8 PM from the Reykjavik City Library at Grófin, between Tryggvagata 15 and 17, unless otherwise stated.
Free participation and everybody is welcome!
