Climate Café | Environmental Activism in Úlfarsárdal
How does environmental activism look and feel like? How could we become active?
Many people experience difficult emotions because of the environmental challenges we face. Join Marina Ermina and Marissa Pinal at the Climate Café to gather knowledge on current or new paths for environmental and community activism. This workshop invites people to connect with themselves, others, and nature. We will work together to think of ways to become active members of our communities and engage in environmental activism.
The Climate Café aims to foster community and increase resilience. We do this to resist despair, inaction, eco-anxiety, and other difficult emotions. At Climate Café events people learn from one another, share experiences and feelings, and partake in mutual aid and care.
All welcome, no participation fee.
