City Library´s 100th anniversary | Literary Walk with Kristín Svava Tómasdóttir

Kristín Svava Tómasdóttir, poet and historian, invites you to a literary walk in downtown Reykajvík, Saturday 15th of April at 3 pm. The walk will start from the Reykjavík City Library Grófin (downtown) and will take you around poetic and historical places in the city center. All kinds of readings will take place during the walk; novels, memoirs, poems about love, death and even secret wine sales in historical Reykjavík. Through places, prose and poems, we will meet the spirit of many poets, early feminists, two drunkards and at least one midwife.

The Literary Walk will be in Icelandic, last about one hour and everyone is welcome!
