Crafting fantastic creatures – sculpture workshop for children

At the workshop children have the opportunity to create figurative sculptures from clay and wire. The project activates the theatrical side of creativity as the sculptures can also be used as toys.  

The workshop is led by Alda Ægisdóttir, a visual artist and filmmaker. Among others rewards, she received an award at the short film competition at the Stockfish Film Festival two years in a row. 

The workshop suits well children aged 6 and older.   

The event is free of charge. No registration needed – first come, first served. Two classes are in offer:
at 1pm – 2 pm
and 2 pm – 3 pm, where the same workshop is repeated.
