The Nest is a cosy corner of Reykjavik City Library that hosts a collection of texts and media curated by users of the library. In The Nest you can listen to 13 audio stories where people share books, songs, poetry, films and theatre works that give them a sense of belonging.
The installation was launched during Pride with queer stories. Since then, more stories have been added
In a world where people are increasingly divided, the Nest is a space to listen to people with different life experiences.
The installation will be open until the end of September on the second floor of Grófin. The stories will stay available on the library website beyond that.
