Literary Café | Bjór – umhverfis jörðina á 120 tegundum

Next to tea and water, beer is the most popular drink and almost every country in the world has its own special beer history.

Stefán Pálsson historian shares his knowledge, but for years he has taught Icelanders about the pleasures of beer. Stefán together with Höskuldur Sæmundsson and Rán Flygenring wrote the book Bjór – umhverfis jörðina á 120 tegundum where they go on a tour around the world with the help of 120 different types of beers.
