The Literature Symposium in Gerðuberg has been a well established event in Reykjavík's cultural scene since 1999. In the symposium, the chair and two presenters, invite a known author to participate in a personal and lively conversation, with live music inspired by the author's work and readings throughout. A unique opportunity to extend ones understanding of the author's life and work, and to get to know the persona behind the writing, their individual perspective and influences.

Read all about Bragi Ólafsson and his work on the Literary Web.

Bragi's website.

The Symposium is recorded and the stream will be accessible on Reykjavik City Library's website, and also as a RÚV podcast.
