Cross-country skiing is a great exercise and outdoor activity that is becoming very popular in Iceland.
Emelía Blöndal will share her experience about cross-country skiing. Everything from being a beginner at cross-country skiing as a competitive sport.
There are different types of cross-country skiing and equipment that can be used in different conditions.
Emelía Blöndal works as a mountain guide and has been skiing for the past 20 years. In recent years she has held cross-country skiing courses for the public and has participated in some of the major skiing events abroad.
