Chat and read in Icelandic
Join us for this free Icelandic practice meet-up and get to know other people who are learning too!
All welcome - also beginners! It's free and you don‘t need to register. Just show up! We will meet on the 5th floor of the Reykjavik City Library Grófin (downtown).
At Chat and Read in Icelandic, a book club for people learning the language, we read together and meet once a month to discuss the content of the book, ask questions to our experienced teacher, and chat about our impressions. This club is aimed at people with level B1-B2. We also have board games at the event for those who prefer to practice this way. The variety of games will allow anyone to practice, regardless of their level, even the very beginners!
Chat and read in Icelandic is a part of the event series Spjöllum með hreim (Let's chat with an accent). We offer free Icelandic practice meet-ups with 4 different activities aimed at people with different interests and learning preferences. You can read more about Spjöllum með hreim and find our full program HERE.
