Program 

Day 1 – Wednesday, October 18th  

1:30 pm
We warm up for the conference with a relaxing dive into the Sky Lagoon geothermal spa (12.000 ISK, transport included).
Departure with a bus from Harpa Concert Hall at 1:30 pm and the bus will take you back to town again at 4:15 pm.

Experience a seven-step ritual, a journey through geothermal waters, cold plunges and saunas. Please note that this is booked separately. See location

Reykjavik City Hall  

The city of Reykjavík invites you to a reception at Reykjavík City Hall. See location

Skúli  Helgason, City Councelor, welcomes conference guests. Refreshments and a get-together

Reykjavík City Ghost Walk
A guided walk in Reykjavík Center for those who dare! Bring your warmest and bravest clothing. Departure from Reykjavík City Hall at 7:00 pm. This event is free but registration is needed 
 

Day 2 – Thursday, October 19th

Reykjavik City Library in Úlfarsárdalur

A bus pick up for conference guests from Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre (see location) to Úlfarsárdalur City Library (see location)

Let's enjoy a vegetarian dinner in the center of Reykjavík. The dinner is 7000 ISK per person. Please note that this is booked separately
