Book of the month in Laufey Book Club - Kitten by Stacey Yu

Kitten by Stacey Yu is the Book of the Month in Laufey’s Book Club, and copies of the book are available from Reykjavík City Library. If you would like to read along with Laufey and the book club, you can click the link here, place a hold on the book, and then pick up your copy at your local library.

The novel Kitten is the debut work of American author Stacey Yu. It follows a young woman who becomes deeply attached to her boyfriend’s cat while simultaneously struggling with the challenges of adulthood and trying to figure out what she wants to do with her life.

We would also like to remind you about the special Laufey library cards that are still available from last August’s Laufey Day. The cards can be picked up at the service desk of Reykjavík City Library in Grófin, and you can, among other things, exchange your old library card for a new Laufey card.
