All our library branches close at 2 PM due to the weather

At the request of the police, all City Library branches have closed at 2 PM today, Tuesday, October 28, due to the weather.

Those who can are encouraged to curl up on the sofa with a good book and a cup of cocoa.

The E- Library is, of course, always open, no matter the weather!
