Summer Workshops | Above and underground - drawing workshop

What is beneath and above the earth? Let’s create all sorts of dream worlds beneath and above the surface. Tiny creatures and characters hide behind the leaves and have their homes there. The leaves are connected, and a long artwork will be created on the walls of the library.

Blær Guðmundsdóttir is a  well known children‘s book author and illustrator, She‘s the author and illustrator of the book Sipp, Sippsippanipp og Sippsippanippsippsúrumsipp - systurnar sem ætluðu ekki að giftast prinsum.

Age: For children born in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016.
Time: The workshop runs for three days, Monday 11th of August – Friday 15th of August 2025 at 13:00-15:00. 

Registration starts on 29th of April at 1 pm on sumar.vala.is
