From Maístjarnan to the Rocket Man, many of the world’s most-loved songs are either inspired by books or are arrangements of poems.
We invite guests on a magical journey around the world of fiction guided by songs that have sprung from the soil of books. The performers are Birkir Blær Ingólfsson on saxophone, Þórður Sigurðarson on piano, and Leifur Gunnarsson on upright bass.

Free entry, all welcome.

The artistic direction of the concert series is in the hands of Leif Gunnarsson.
