Many garden- and cottage owners are interested in, or already are composting.
There they are able to recycle organic material such as leaves from the garden and food scraps from the kitchen, and turn it into a valuable fertilizer that can enrich soil and plants. Vilmundur Hansen horticulturist, will tell us all about composting.
