POSTPONED Travelling café | Live longer, better
Guðjón Svansson and Vala Mörk from Njóttu ferðalagsins went on a five month research trip with their two youngest sons to the so-called Blue Zones of the world, which are known for the longevity and good health of the inhabitants. In the talk Guðjón and Vala shed light on why people there live such long and healthy lives and what those societies have in common. They'll discuss what Icelanders can learn from them to prevent burnout and stress and increase happiness and well-being, both at work and at home.
A key point in living longer and better is to simplify and better enjoy life. "Live longer, better" helps participants to find ways to do that.
