FULLY BOOKED! Siljan | Video Workshop
Location: Makerspace, 5th floor
Do you want to make a trailer based on your favorite book? We offer a workshop for 9-12 years old in association with Siljan, an annual video competition for 5th - 10th grade. Participants create a short video about a children's or teenager's book that has been published in the last two years.
The Siljan video competition is collaboration project between Barnabókasetur and Reykjavik City Library. The competition is in two categories, for kids in 5.-7. grade and 8.-10. grade and there are great prizes available for the winning video in each age group.
Lea Ævarsdóttir is a film producer, script writer and a project manager. She graduated from New York Film Academy in 2016 with an MFA degree in television- and film productions. She has since then been producing and writing film scripts and loves to watch good movies and tv-series. Lea has two children and likes to work out and be out in the nature.
