Multilingual Baby Poetry with Francesca Cricelli

Saturday July 3rd 2021

This event is for children of all ages who want to have fun learning new words: we'll teach each other new words and sentences in different languages in a friendly inspiring environment. Fun activities for children are also always on the menu!

Poet and literary translator Francesca Cricelli will host this Kakó Lingua gathering where we will read poems about animals in different languages and invite children to draw, color, cut out their favorite animals from all over the world and add them to a map. We will learn where those different animals live and what languages are spoken where they come from! Our host speaks Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, English, and even some Icelandic and we welcome all other languages to join us as well and we will find ways to understand each other!

All materials will be available on location.
