In this four day creative writing workshop, author Gunnar Theodór Eggertsson will lead children in the making of worlds. Fantasy worlds, future worlds, other planets, city neighbourhoods, countrysides, colonies at the bottom of the sea – all can be created using the imagination and words.
The young creators will be guided along as they build convincing and abundant stages for their stories. At the end of the workshop they should have constructed their world´s background, gotten to know their characters and have ideas for how to continue.
The workshop will be taught in Icelandic.
