A few years ago Sigga, a member of the band Eva, experienced a burnout. She was overworked and had been taking too much on. The band decided to explore this difficult condition and discovered that Sigga is not alone. The exploration resulted in a musical lecture that we will hear on the night, and we hope will relax and educate you.
